Can I speak to a helpful human?

We are only too happy to help. Everyone knows how much easier it can be to talk to a person sometimes, whether it’s assistance with a present or advice on sizes. Feel free to call (01746) 768853 between the hours of 10am and 5.30pm).

Can I purchase gift vouchers from you?

We do not provide this facility online at present. You may purchase gift vouchers instore to spend instore only.

Can I get a mail order catalogue from you?

We are not doing these at the moment; however it might be something in which we will look at in the future.

How do I use the website?

Navigating the Bridge55 website is actually quite simple. You can either choose from type of category on the left hand side for example if you want to find a t shirt, or if you know you want to purchase something from a particular brand, then you can navigate from the right hand side. Alternatively if you know exactly what you are looking for then fill in the search box on the right hand side and hit go! From there, you can narrow down your search by choosing Brand/price/colour etc options on the left hand side.

Is it safe to order online?

Our site uses a very secure payment system though merchant gateway SagePay. We choose SagePay because of their worldwide status, reputation and experience in the field of online security. Having payments through such a recognised name offers the customer peace of mind. SagePay is the industry standard payment gateway.

Do I need to sign up to use the website?

You do not need to sign up to purchase or browse, however you will receive exclusive benefits if you do such as being able to review items. Signing up is quick and easy and will only take a couple of minutes. If you are purchasing something, the only extra bit of info needed is an email address and password.

I have not received my refund?

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it. After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with . We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we’ll send a cheque to your billing address. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please us and we will contact us investigate further.

Xmas Returns

For all Christmas presents our exchange and refund policy is valid until Friday January 6th 2012 and hence gives the customer 14 days to return the item after Christmas day providing the item was purchased after December 7th. Our last post date is Friday 23rd December via Saturday Guaranteed service.

All orders are sent via the royal mail by recorded delivery and require a signature upon arrival. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected from the appropriate post office listed on the card. We use recorded delivery to avoid any discrepancies.

90% of premier orders are delivered next working day.

All orders placed before 3.30pm are guaranteed to be despatched the same day. We will even try to despatch orders placed later the sameday but no assurance can be given.

Orders placed via the guaranteed next day service before 3.30pm will arrive the following working day before 5pm.

The following post codes are exempt from this service: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

We can’t ship to Po Box addresses due to security reasons.


Europe

(8–10 Working days). Delivery Charge £8.00.

Please note all overseas orders are subject to stringent security checks which can delay delivery. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders unable to pass through our credit control department.

Goods can also be held up by customs and there is nothing we can do about this. We also have no control over customs and import charges and in the unusual event of this happening any fees due are the responsibility of the recipient. For information on import charges please contact your local customs office.

This is the only delivery option for European orders.


Rest of the World

(10 – 14 working days). Delivery Charge £10.

Returns & Refunds

Hassle free exchange or refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and despatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item.

However we do not refund the cost of delivery outside of 7 working days of receipt as per distance selling regulations. Items sent free of charge via 2nd class recorded are subject to a £2.50 charge. Where the goods have been dispatched the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or other intimate items due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.

Faulty Goods / Wrong item

All our goods are inspected personally before despatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please email returns@bridge55.com quoting your order number, name, product purchased reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
